On Sunday, August 18th, the congregation bid a fond farewell to Lonnie Mottle and Ron Klusmeier. Ron and Lonnie joined St. Mark's back in Easter 2023 and we have been enjoying their music ministry every since. We had a farewell cake and both the choir and Lonnie and Ron prepared special choral tributes to each other. Thank you for your leadership and best wishes for the future! Saltspring Island will never be the same!
Next week the congregation welcomes Kathy Harper who will be playing for us as an interim pianist. Let's come and give her a big warm St. Mark's welcome.
